“파일 없음”이라는 메시지가 반복되고 있었다.
엘리자는 화면을 바라보며
숨죽였다.

The monitor flashed the message:
“File not found.”
Eliza stared at the screen,
her breath shallow.

“어떻게 된 거야…?
백업까지 다 삭제됐어.”

“How is this possible…?
Even the backups are gone.”

그녀가 며칠에 걸쳐 모은
데릭과 연루된 VIP 리스트,
피해자 증언 녹취,
루크의 위치 좌표,
심지어 보안 영상까지—

All of it—
the VIP list linked to Derek,
recordings of victims,
Luke’s location pings,
even security footage—

전부 삭제되었다.
어느 서버에서도 찾을 수 없었다.

Gone.
Wiped clean from every server.

엘리자는 의심했다.
경찰?
국정원?
아니면… 루크?

Eliza doubted everything.
The police?
National Intelligence?
Or… Luke?

그 순간,
화면에 하나의 메시지가 떠올랐다.

Then, a message appeared on-screen:

“진실은 심판 뒤에 남을 수 없다.”
“Truth cannot survive the Judgment.”

“네가 한 거야?”

“Was this you?”

엘리자의 목소리는 분노와 혼란으로 떨렸다.

Eliza’s voice shook with rage and confusion.

루크는 조용히 문을 닫고,
그녀 맞은편에 섰다.

Luke silently closed the door
and stood across from her.

“이건 우리가 싸우는 방식이 아니야.

“This isn’t how we fight.
We fight with evidence.
That’s the only way the world changes.”

“세상은 안 변해, 엘리자.”
그의 목소리는
무덤의 흙처럼 무거웠다.

“The world doesn’t change, Eliza.”
His voice was heavy
like dirt covering a grave.

“난 죽었고,
심판자로 다시 태어났어.
기록은 나를 존재하게 하고,
그 기록은 또다시 나를 죽이게 될 거야.”

“I died.
And I came back as a Judge.
Records make me real—
and they’ll be used to kill me again.”

그녀는 아무 말도 할 수 없었다.
루크는 인간이 아닌 존재가 되어 있었다.

She couldn’t answer.
Luke was no longer just a man.

그는 정의가 아닌
심판이었다.

He wasn’t justice.
He was Judgment.

화면이 꺼졌다.
엘리자는 마지막으로
자신의 펜을 내려놓았다.

The screen went dark.
And Eliza, finally,
put her pen down.

심판은 기록될 수 없다.
다만, 기억될 뿐이다.
